Terms & Conditions (Rev 01/18)
Beds are made up for your arrival, towels supplied and each cottage is cleaned and carefully checked between lets. Tea towels, hand towel (for kitchen) and oven gloves are supplied
Accidents do happen and for small breakages we do not charge a replacement fee, however, we will use the £100 damage deposit should extra cleaning be required following departure if a cottage is left in an unacceptably dirty condition and the balance following payment to the cleaning company will be returned to you.
This damage deposit will also be used if damage to bedlinen or towels occurs. If you pay this deposit by a separate cheque, your cheque will be returned to you following your departure. Your damage deposit will be returned to you the same way it was taken.
All cottages are fully equipped.
Please arrive after 4.00p.m. and vacate your cottage by 10.00a.m.
In the event that you are unable to take up your confirmed booking please advise us as soon as possible and we will do our best to re-let the cottage.
However if we are unable to re-let we reserve our right to the full amount of rental due.
Experience has shown that unfortunately it does sometimes happen that cancellation or curtailment of a holiday is unavoidable due to illness or other causes.
As this can be a very distressing event we strongly recommend that you insure against this.
